CLIP POINT FOLDING BOWIE: $2795

An exceptional specimen of a rare clip point folding bowie. Signed EDWARD BARNES & SONS Beautiful ivory scales with no cracks or repairs. Blade is nicely etched with an American eagle and "VOLUNTEER" in a ribbon across its chest. Very hard to photograph, but etching is nice. End caps are silver. Overall length is 9-3/4", blade is 4-1/2". Circa mid 1800s. Condition is just super!
