SELLER'S NOTES

Inventory   Everything on the website is in my personal possession. I don't advertise what I don't have.

Email   jfrancisarms@msn.com. If you email me and don't get a response, please call. AOL users in particular sometimes have trouble getting through for some unknown reason.

Phone   The best number is 804.436.4166. I'm on dial-up and if I'm on the computer, the home number won't work. I do have voicemail on both phones and will be happy to return your calls. Just leave your name, number, a good time to call, and the item you are calling about.

Pictures   I try to post definitive pictures, but website space only allows so much. More pictures are available by email, and I can always take specific views.

Payment   You must contact me personally by phone or email to arrange payment. I do not take credit cards or PayPal. While this policy may be a little inconvenient, with all the scams and bogus websites out there, I believe you should be able to deal with a real person.

Auctions   From time to time I place items on antiqueguns.com, gunbrokers.com, and a-guns.com. My handle on antiqueguns.com is James H. Francis; for gunbrokers.com and a-guns.com it is KMKFLASH.

Shipping   Buyer pays actual shipping cost only. I use a professional packing service for all the long guns and more expensive items.

Inspection   I extend a 3-day inspection, and purchase price is refunded if returned in same condition as shipped.
